You will receive the tracking number as soon as it is available. Updates will appear after the carrier scans the parcel.

You can notify us of a return within 30 days of receiving your order by writing to info@flaviadiluce.com. You pay the return shipping costs if you change your mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us: we cover the necessary return shipping costs.
