To notify us of a return, email Giulia Moretti.

Send your notice within 30 days

Email info@flaviadiluce.com within 30 days after receiving the piece. If an order contains several goods delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. Clearly state that you wish to return the item and include the order number and pieces concerned, if available.

The deadline applies to your notice

You do not need to give a reason or obtain prior authorisation to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. A notice sent within the deadline remains valid even if our reply arrives later. You may also notify us before delivery.

Arrange the return

Customer service will provide the instructions and correct return destination. This process prevents dispatch to an unsuitable address and does not make withdrawal dependent on our approval. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Keep proof of dispatch and protect the piece in transit.

For a change-of-mind return, the direct return shipping cost is paid by the customer. There is no fixed amount: the cost varies according to carrier, service, parcel weight and dimensions, and the destination provided in the instructions.

If there is a problem with the piece

If you received an incorrect, damaged, faulty or misdescribed item, describe the issue in your message. Where a return is necessary as part of your statutory remedies, we will arrange it at no cost to you or reimburse a reasonable documented cost in accordance with the agreed instructions. The 30-day period does not limit the legal guarantee.
